This beach front 2-bedroom 2 bath vacation rental is tastefully decorated with coastal warm colors. The master bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower with built-in seating so you can be sure to get all the sand between your toes. The second bedroom hosts 2 twin beds and a full guest bathroom with tub/shower combination is conveniently located in the adjoining hall. The living room creates the ideal setting for relaxation! The new tranquil sectional sleeper sofa & causal swivel chairs are so inviting; whether you're watching a movie on the flat screen TV or simply gazing out at the sparkling blue Gulf waters. When it's time for a sit-down meal, gather around the large dining room table and share stories from your day of sun, sand and sea. Extra breakfast bar seating is available. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a special family meal. This condo offers both a drip/Keurig coffee maker. So don't forget to bring your favorite flavors! Continue your workout routine in the well-equipped fitness center, soothe those muscles while soaking in the hot tub. With a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, explore the private dock located across the street at our Riverside property. Lighted tennis/pickleball courts, propane grill house and kayak rack.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS-(Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guests will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

Overall a nice placr

The primary mattress needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable and the floor and rugs were really dirty but bathrooms and kitchens were super clean! The sofa was comfy as well and the rocking chairs well, rocked! My son really loved them as did I!

Fun but not very clean

They said check in was not until 4pm and check out was at 9am, so they could have more time to clean. There was hair in the shower drain, cobwebs , food splatters on the wall above kitchen trash. mold on the ceilings. Half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for an 8 day stay. Pool and beach were very nice!

Awesome!

The condo and the location were perfect! The condo itself was super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It was in a great location for our families with a 7 year old and a 4 year old. It is a short walk to the beach and was not crowded. Beautiful white sand and a ton of room to walk and play. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in Perdido Key! Sea Spray was a great option for our family. We loved being on the beach, and it being private was a huge plus. We didn’t realize they had just opened from repairing hurricane damage, but everything went pretty good.

Had a great time! Loved the location. The condo was “very” clean. An extra roll of toilet paper would be appreciated. Dining room chairs need to be replaced - minor thing. Would stay at SeaSpray again! Thanks for your hospitality!

Mattress was awful

Overall very pleased with condo.....however, if you do not get good sleep it can be a bad day. Mattresses need to be updated !!! couldn't figure out the one bar stool deal???? Needs at least two !! Loved the bright colors in den and the view. Kitchen was well equipped.
