• Self Check-In:
- Keyless entry via a secure keypad code lock. Your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

- Access to the quiet community bayfront beach area and access to the community pool (open year round and heated during cooler months)
• Complimentary Water Gear:
- You’ll have exclusive access to (2) kayaks and (2) stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) with paddles and adult life vests located at the unit.

- Dedicated carport parking for (1) vehicle and additional parking spaces throughout parking lot. (Note: HOA rules prohibit boats, trailers, RVs, or oversized commercial vehicles in parking lot).

• OCCUPANCY & SLEEPING CAPACITY
- Maximum 9 Guests / Sleeping Setup: King bed in Master (sleeps 2), Bunk bed in Guest Bedroom (sleeps 5), and Queen size self inflatable air mattress (sleeps 2).
• NO PETS POLICY
- Strict HOA Rule: Pets are strictly prohibited for rental guests. Unapproved pets will result in immediate forfeiture of your security deposit, required boarding of the pet, or immediate eviction without a refund.
- Note: You may occasionally see pets on the grounds, as the HOA permits permanent unit owners to have them.
• AGE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Primary Renter Age: 25 years old (exceptions considered for married couples 21+).
- Minors: All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.
