I paid for an executive suite expecting comfort after a 7-hour drive. Instead, I arrived to find the door wide open and the room dirty. I had to reload all my luggage back into the car and return to the main building, only to be told it would be another 30 minutes before a clean room was ready. At that point, I didn’t care what kind of room I got—I just wanted to shower and relax.
To her credit, the lady at the front desk was super nice and did her best to help. She got me a room in the main building, but that’s where the good news ends. The walls were paper thin—I could hear every footstep, every slammed door, and every conversation all night long. It was impossible to get any rest. I ended up leaving the next morning and didn’t even stay the full two nights I paid for.
Bottom line: the staff was kind, but the experience was anything but relaxing. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.
