The gulf is directly across the street, with public restrooms, at the beach area. There is a gulf view from the kitchen and the front door. The condo balconies are facing the sound. The sound has a beautiful, calm, private beach, just steps from the condo door. The sound side is calm and perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking, and it's a great beach for kids to swim. There is also a park for the kids next door.
