Located just off the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach, The Salt House is a freshly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home packed with adventure, relaxation, and stunning Gulf views. Designed for families and beach lovers alike, this property features a private sand volleyball court, crow’s nest for watching sunsets and Blue Angels flyovers, and access to a beach path only steps away. Enjoy outdoor living at its best with bikes, surfboards, kayaks, a pickleball net, grill, and ample beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a wagon.

Inside, the home features a bright and open layout with wood floors, modern coastal décor, and an abundance of natural light. The spacious living room flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for family meals. When you're ready to unwind, gather on the patio or ascend to the crow’s nest for a picture-perfect sunset over the Gulf. Please note that access to living areas requires stairs, and the crow’s nest includes an additional steep stair climb.

Perfect stay!

The house was perfect for our family of six and could easily fit two more. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. They had everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach: towels, wagon, umbrella, chairs, cooler, sand toys, bikes/helmets, tents and more! The house was nicely decorated and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had lots of appliances and things to cook with and everything you needed to clean up. Grocery stores and places to eat are close by. I would highly recommend staying at this home!

Great rental!

Our family Labor Day vacation was awesome! The location of the house is great, with easy access to the beach. We were excited to use the beach umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, bikes, and water toys. Inside amenities were also wonderful, including comfortable beds, towels, and linens.

This place was such a dream! The amenities were so thoughtfully planned and my family of 8 could not have enjoyed the stay any more. The upper deck was the perfect place to view fireworks and drink morning coffee. The homes proximity to the beach path was super convenient and we took full advantage of the garage packed with all of the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and wagons that you could need! Just pack your clothes and a few snacks and GO! I will be a repeat customer!

HS Classmates Trip

Property was very clean and in a good location. Very well equipped with everyday items. We were told to bring our own shampoos conditioners and soap. All bathrooms were stocked with these items. Also kitchen was equipped with everyday items as well as seasonings and spices. We brought extra stuff that wasn’t needed. Check with property management before going to see what house has.

Surpassed all expectations!

We’ve rented vacation homes in the past and this was by far our best experience. I read the reviews prior but didn’t want to get my hopes up as sometimes what you read online is deceiving. That was not the case. The house was extremely clean and fully equipped - everything was thought of down to coolers for the beach. Our family had an amazing time and we will definitely be going back to either the Salt House or another rental by Gulf Coast Getaways!

Great Place!

The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had every appliance and accessory you should need. It was in a great location. Comfy beds and nice linens. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 which includes a 16,13 and 9 year old. Communication from the management company prior to check in and after check out was great! We would recommend this house to family and friends.

Cozy Beach House

Our family loved the Salt House! Very comfortable, clean, and nice furnishings! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The garage was loaded with everything we wanted for the beach! We definitely will stay here again!

The SALT HOUSE delivers in every way imaginable...from outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand, to cruiser bikes, beach wagon, yeti coolers, boogey boards, umbrellas, beach toys, and whatever else your heart might desire for your families beach getaway -- this property delivers. You could quite literally just bring your swimsuit and still have everything you need for an incredible time at the beach :-) Thanks for the wonderful Spring Break trip from the Pifers -- we look forward to staying at the Salt House again next year!

Great Rental

Honestly, I think this was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The owner's provided us a beautifully decorated home with top grade appliances and amenities. Beach chairs, new umbrellas, new bicycles, boogie boards, a wagon to haul all your stuff to the nearby beach, which was only a short block away. The neighborhood was quiet and but close to the main road on the island which gave you easy access to all the restaurants and attractions. I just can't say enough good things about this rental. If I had any complaint, it would be the sand spurs our pups would pick up when we took them for a walk. They are everywhere. This is not something that the owner's or Gulf Coast Getaways can control but something you have to look out for if you bring your pets.

Great times were had by all, awesome memories made!

We had an awesome stay! The house was super clean and very nice. We really have zero complaints. The items provided (umbrellas, chairs, wagon, bikes) made is super convenient and easy to have what we needed already there for us. The walk to the beach is short and simple. The grill on the ground level was an answered prayer because we love getting fresh catch from Joe Patti and grilling for dinner while we are at the beach. The management company was super responsive and friendly. We had a SMALL issue with the dishwasher leaking water, and the maintenance guy showed up in less than 10 minutes. He was also very professional and friendly and had things corrected within just a few minutes. We had 6 people in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!!!
