Despite having confirmation from both Orbitz and the property, our condo had been double booked to someone else, and we were out of luck upon arrival. Everyone pointed the finger at someone else and we were left to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. This was our first time trying a condo instead of a hotel. Not a great success!
