Emerald Isle 1504 is a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located directly on Pensacola Beach, offering a bright, open layout with expansive windows and private balcony access overlooking the Gulf. Designed for comfort and functionality, this condo is ideal for families or small groups.
The living area features ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with dining seating for six and additional bar seating for three.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, Gulf views, and direct balcony access, along with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is located near a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Additional sleeping options include a queen sleeper sofa and a cot.
Guests have access to resort amenities including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center with sauna, and outdoor showers. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).

Bring your own stuff

This is a beautiful unit, the beach is fantastic and we would stay there again. However, the registration package was incomplete, the office closed earlier than communicated and for a sevn night stay, I had to go buy paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent. They don't provide beach towels. And, I blame the property management company for the skimpy supplies. There was onlypne dishtowel. So, do go there, but bring everything, especially if you want to wash clothes.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We truly loved everything about it! The location couldn’t be better as it is right on the gulf and within walking distance to basically everything! We strongly recommend you book your stay here as it will not disappoint! ;)
