Spring Break 2023

The property was nice and fit our family. Everything except the garage door was in working order. Called maintenace on door opener. They were there the following day but could not repair. Told me they would be backk the following day to replace the opener. Never returned. Our stay was pleasant. I would recommend this property for a familygathering.

Wonderful Family Retreat

This is the perfect house for families to get together and enjoy the beach. The Pier out into the bay was perfect for the kids to jump into the water and swim. My father is in a wheelchair and the elevator enabled him to enjoy the house as well. The only thing I believe can be improved on is the entry out onto the back deck upstairs, it is not wheelchair accessible.

Great location, great house.

What more could you ask for. Walking distance to Pensacola beach, bars, restaurants. Watch the dolphins and rays swim around from the balcony or dock. Fish from the dock or a quick walk to the gulf and you can fish there. Plenty of parking here which has been a struggle at other properties I’ve rented in the area. Kayak, life vests, umbrellas, beach chairs, games provided by owners which was really great. Two refrigerators to store plenty of food, drinks and the catch of the day. For me and my family, it was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Also, having a code at the front door instead of having to worry about keys makes a huge difference when you have a large group. Check in was simple, text reminders were great. Overall the whole stay was easy, worry free and a great experience.
