Place needs some work, location great, pool nice

walls needed to be painted. Dirt spots on ceiling, etc. toilet bowl wasn't clean. shower o-ring came out of nozzle and thus falling apart. TV in living room had a terrible picture. Contrast and color. Pillows were hard as brick.
