Located in a building equipped with a 42" wide elevator, the condo features: A wheelchair-accessible kitchen sink with 36" clearance underneath, a guest bathroom with a 30" sink clearance, grab bars in the shower only (not the toilet), and a tub seat for added support, wide doorways throughout, including the front door: 33.5", and Bedroom & bathroom doors: 35.25".
