We are happy to report that Seas the Day came through Hurricane Isaias in great shape! The condo itself is in good condition, everything inside is functioning, and our beautiful Gulf beach is still here waiting for you!

Like much of Pensacola Beach, Villas on the Gulf is currently undergoing cleanup and restoration of the surrounding grounds following the hurricane. You may notice maintenance crews, equipment, and ongoing work around the complex and throughout the beach community as everyone works to restore the area to its full beauty.

The beach itself remains beautiful, and recovery efforts are moving forward as quickly as possible. We simply want our guests to be aware that some outdoor areas and community amenities may still be a work in progress during their visit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

STAIR ACCESS – PLEASE READ

Seas the Day is located two full flights up in Building N, and there is NO ELEVATOR. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs, including carrying luggage and personal belongings. If you or anyone in your group has mobility limitations, difficulty climbing stairs, or physical restrictions, please carefully consider this before booking.

We want every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable vacation, and accessibility is an important consideration when choosing this property.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. Hurricanes, severe weather, travel disruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances can affect even the best-planned vacations.

Refunds outside the applicable cancellation policy cannot be guaranteed. Please consider purchasing coverage that includes weather-related disruptions and other unexpected events, and review the policy carefully to understand what is covered.

Located in Building N, one of the only true Gulf-front buildings in the complex, this property offers something increasingly hard to find: direct beach access without crossing roads or navigating long walkways.

You are literally seconds from having your toes in the sand!

Enjoy spectacular, uninterrupted panoramic Gulf views from your private balcony. Start your mornings with coffee and the sound of the waves, spend your afternoons soaking up the Florida sunshine, and unwind in the evening with a refreshing Gulf breeze.

Unlike the busy high-rise resorts, Villas on the Gulf offers a quieter, more relaxed beach experience while remaining just a short drive from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and everything Pensacola Beach has to offer.

THE VILLAS ON THE GULF EXPERIENCE

Villas on the Gulf is a charming, low-rise beachfront community known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings.

The complex features a community swimming pool, a picturesque lagoon with ducks and swans, and direct access to the beautiful white-sand beaches of the Gulf.

Please note: Following Hurricane Isaias, some outdoor areas and community amenities may be affected by ongoing cleanup or restoration. Availability of shared amenities cannot be guaranteed during recovery.

Guests especially appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, beautiful Gulf views, and convenient location away from the larger resort crowds.

Seas the Day is approximately 1.5 miles from the main Pensacola Beach area, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the boardwalk.

Enjoy the peaceful side of Pensacola Beach while keeping everything you need within easy reach!

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION

Parking at Villas on the Gulf is limited, especially during peak travel periods.

Buildings M and N are the only true Gulf-front buildings in the complex, and parking is not assigned to individual units in these buildings.

Please be aware:

* Parking is first come, first served.
* Carports and designated reserved spaces belong to other units.
* Unauthorized parking in assigned spaces may result in towing.
* Parking can be especially challenging during busy holidays and special events, including Blue Angels week and July 4th.

We encourage guests to plan accordingly and appreciate your understanding.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION

* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property during the reservation.
* Maximum occupancy is six guests, including children.
* No pets are permitted.
* Smoking is not permitted.
* The condo requires climbing two full flights of stairs, with no elevator available.
* Parking is limited and first come, first served.
* Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
* All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
