Welcome to Emerald Isle 0205, a Gulf-front two-bedroom condo located directly on Pensacola Beach, offering sweeping views of the emerald waters and sugar-white shoreline. Designed for comfort and ease, this inviting coastal retreat features a spacious open layout, updated furnishings, and a private balcony accessible from both the living area and primary bedroom—perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the Gulf throughout your stay.
Inside, the condo offers a bright and open living space filled with natural light from expansive glass doors that frame the beachfront views. The living area is comfortably furnished with ample seating and a flat-screen TV, creating a relaxed setting for unwinding after a day in the sun. The adjacent dining area includes seating for six, along with additional bar seating for two, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, creating a private and restful retreat with Gulf views. The guest bedroom also includes a king bed and is conveniently located near a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
Guests of Emerald Isle enjoy access to a range of resort amenities, including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center, and a dry sauna. Would stay here again.

The Condo was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Great views from the windows and balcony. Can walk right to the beach, restaurant’s are across the street and activities and shopping are nearby as well. The only thing I would suggest is a blackout curtain in the guest room as parking lot lights filter through the blinds when trying to sleep. Overall, very pleased.

Wonderful Getaway

It was so convenient having 2 pools, a big hot tub and being right on the beach! The beach entrance had a nice walkway that made bringing a wagon so easy to pull. We will definitely be coming back!

Emerald Isle location is great to walk to all restaurants and live entertainment and shops! Our condo was spotless as was the entire building and pool area! Maintenance kept the building and grounds spotless! Secure abs gated! Loved our vacation with our friebds! Thank you! We will be back!

Angels trip

The description says free beach chairs, NOT in November as we told by the front desk after I inquired on Friday morning. Then on Sat & Sun the boys were setting them up! So someone lied. The dunes area in front of our balcony was strewn with trash. The icemaker didn't work, I was told by the same guy who lied to me about the beach chairs that someone would be up directly to fix it. Still broke when we left Monday. Furniture wasn't comfortable, shortest King size bed I ever slept on, other than that it was OK.

Stolen belts

My daughters left 3 belts in closet. They was stolen. We notified them at office. Housekeeping had to get them. Only person in room. Have never heard from anyone. If cleaning person was only person to have access to room ,that narrows it down. I would like my stuff back. 2 gucci belts and a Louis Vuitton belt.

Clean and easy accessible to beach shops etc with a beautiful view. Only thing is kitchen is not well stock with dish towels, etc. so take your own.
