Charming house with a garden in a small medieval village, 5 minutes from Carcassonne and 10 minutes from the Cité... Swimming pool filled for the summer of 2023 (5 m x 3 m, depth 1.20 m).
All local shops—grocery store, tobacco shop, butcher, pharmacy, bakery—are within a 100-meter walk from the house.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy: the Citadel of Carcassonne, of course, but also exploring the Canal du Midi on foot or by houseboat, caves and chasms, the footbridge connecting Hautpoul to Mazamet, numerous lakes and Cathar castles, the ocean, a 45-minute drive away, the Sigean Zoo and Nature Reserve, the Australian Park, tree-top adventure courses, Toulouse and its Cité de l'Espace… and many other activities!
