Welcome to Steinnhus, a beautiful stone Finger Lakes vacation rental on the East Bluff of Keuka Lake. This unique vacation home includes three stone buildings nestled in a serene clearing, offering 200 feet of lake frontage and stunning views.

The main house features a “Cook's Kitchen” filled with cooking essentials, a spacious great room with a decorative stone fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the lake. There are two bedrooms — one king with lake views, and one queen with garden views — plus a bathroom with a walk-in stone shower.

Steps away, the guest house studio offers a queen bed and a private pergola, perfect for a quiet afternoon. The ensuite guest house features a king bed, living area, custom bar, and a bathroom with a walk-in stone shower.

Outside, enjoy the balcony, pergola, and large dock for fishing, sunbathing, and relaxing by the water.

Overall our stay at Steinhaus was wonderful. We were there the week after the 4th of July with our 2 children and their spouses and our 2 grandchildren. First the many positives: the house and property are gorgeous, the kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances and the dock and waterfront are the perfect place for a family to hang out on the lake. The outdoor kitchen was also wonderful and accommodated us all comfortably while overlooking the lake. Idyllic spot!! The furnishings are comfortable and high end. The management team was very on top of things and helpful in the few glitches that we had. The down side is that the description of the property is confusing about the guest houses. There are 2 of them and one is beautiful and private with its own small kitchen and full bathroom. The 2nd guest house has no bathroom and no windows that open, only a sliding door with screen. The space smells strongly of mildew and is overwhelmingly hot as there is no air circulation. There was a dehumidifier but it just added more heat to the room. It appears that this might have been made to be a storage shed but it should not be used for a bedroom as it is way too hot and the smell of mildew is overwhelming. The only other issue was that the rooms have very minimal space to put clothing away. All the closets are locked and only one or 2 drawers are unlocked in each room making it so that we were basically living out of our suitcases for the week.

Foliage trips

Overall is great stay with few minor issues! Location is convenient and close to winery and town and the view is great! The main master suit is perfect! However the guest suit lacks of internet connection (WiFi) is small minus and it’s a little far away from Main Suit! Another guest room is also separated from Master Suit and still has strong new smell of painting! I still recommend the property!
