Very nice hotel, clean room, the staff was friendly and helpful! We really liked that they provide juice and coffee in the lobby all day! I would have given 5 stars, the only thing we noticed that could have been better was the breakfast. The apples were all bruised, the bananas were over ripe, the trays with eggs and other sides were low both mornings we went down for breakfast. We went down early enough that the trays should have been full. But besides that, we had a great experience, the hotel was beautiful, we would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was amazing. We came for a night away and it was above my expectations . Check in was at 3 and check out at 11. The breakfast was so good. The water pressure was wonderful. I enjoyed the jetted tub. The pool was a good temperature and the hot tub was very clean. Everyone was very very kind and the gentleman taking care of breakfast even asked if we needed help taking our stuff to the car. The Mexican place across the street had really good food. The beds were really comfortable. I would highly recommend!!

We have never been to a Best Western Plus, and we appreciated the utsch more touch to everything. Familiar amenities, plus. Rhe bed and pillows were comfortable and there was no need to "order a special pillow from the desk." The breakfast bar was meticulously kept clean and stocked and the presentation was perfect. The pancake machine which mixed, poured and exited the pancakes for you is a great idea. All in all, even though we didnt have a view of the lake itself, this property was our favourite of the three we stayed at in the Finger Lakes area. Thank you!

Everything at this hotel is awesome. Cool area is nice the gym area is nice the staff is super the rooms are clean the bed is a comfortable. Honestly I can't think of anywhere else we would stay within the area

The staff was wonderful and so accommodating, we planned a night away for our 6 year olds birthday - her request was a big hotel and a swimming pool, and this was perfect. The pool is great for little ones who are still unsure of swimming solo, our 7 year old mastered swimming during our stay and loved the bubbles in the spa area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in early and leave a little after our check out time so we could get some extra swimming in with no issues at all. Definitely plan on returning in the future when we need a getaway during the cold winter months.
