The facility is clean, eco friendly with friendly staff. Its outdated bed though. The spring creaking everytime i reposition during sleep. And wall is thin as paper. I could hear next door convo through out the night. And thats just regular voice. Cant imagine if there are screaming children or babies next door. Location is great. Plenty of place to wine and dine. And nearby stores like dollar tree, aldi, tops, sunoco. Love the hot tub and heated pool.

Clean room. Iron worked poorly. Front desk unavailable by calling. Left a message for front desk no response. Had to go down to desk to report loud guest next door. Walls paper thin. Unrestful stay. Toilet flap stuck up and caused constant running that morning. Told front desk no response before I left.

Both the Pool and Hot tub looked very clean and inviting. We did not use the pool or hot tub. We were pleased to see a lift in the bool for handicapped individuals. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

Jillian greeted us at the front desk and checked us in. She was so nice and helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room was large, nice, clean, with a comfortable bed. Large bathroom also. We left a day early due to rain so we didn't ge to enjoy all the amenities. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return soon.

Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast was quite good. I’m not in love with the coffee vending machine dispensers that have appeared in some hotels,including this one. Also,it seems that they have a problem with the refrigerators in the room. The first night our fridge would make terrible noises and froze up. The gave us a different one day two and that one froze over night. Overall I would come back again.

It's convenient located with very nice staff. We had one issue that we weren't expecting or didn't appreciate. Unfortunately, are room being next to rooms with dogs. Anytime day or night when someone walked down the hallway, the dogs barked. I discussed this with the staff and their first solution was to move us to another room. After we objected saying that we are the problem and shouldn't be the one's inconvenienced. After additional the staff agreed to contact the owners of the dogs.
