Having a large garden of 1000m2 with a children's play structure and an equipped terrace (with screening panels to limit overlooking), this house will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of summer: savour a good breakfast, prepare good barbecues, or enjoy a sunbath.

The house is modern and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, you will find the living room-dining room, ideal for sharing good meals or watching a film on television, as well as a well-equipped open kitchen: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle.



The night section consists of 4 comfortable bedrooms: the first is on the ground floor and has a Queen-Size bed (160x200), whilst on the first floor, you will find two bedrooms each with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and a bedroom with 4 single beds (80x190).

To relax after a good day of activity, the house has a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom with bathtub on the first floor as well as 2 independent toilets (one on the first floor and one on the ground floor). Both bathrooms have hair dryers.



For added comfort, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a baby cot, a high chair and three parking spaces inside the property.
