belle villa mal entretenue

villa avec tres belle vue , dommage que l'entretien soit déplorable. maison et piscine à notre arrivée sale , sans aucun accessoire de table , cafetiere cassée, pas de grille pain, ni poubelle ,Un seul ventilateur...la liste est longue ! on est loin de la villa grand luxe .... au final apres plusieurs sms , l'agent nous a tout rapporté en neuf ... il faudrait juste faire des états des lieux entrée et sortie pour éviter cela ... Pour finir quartier residentiel proche mer 5 min en voiture. iol faut etre prudent et fermer les grilles meme la nuit : La maison a été visitée et cambriolée en pleine nuit , aucun systeme d'alarme n'est en place malgrè les panneaux / en cours avec les assurances ...
