Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This property DOES NOT have air conditioning, despite the listing. There is only one opening to the outside, which is a door to a balcony that is not child friendly. In the August heat in Spain, this unit is uninhabitable. The key holder who met us at the door acknowledged this is a common complaint. She said she was unable to help us and to call the management company. We called and texted the phone number on the listing, and received no response to either. We then left the property and had to book a hotel at a last minute (much more expensive) rate. The management company eventually responded three days later to our message and said they would not provide a refund because we left the property. Stay clear of this property and any others managed by the same company.
