En general el apartamento cumple muy bien con las expectativas. Como puntos a mejorar:- el baño de unos de los cuartos de baño tenía una rotura en la bañera que hizo impracticable la ducha a partir del tercer día porque se fugaba todo el agua. Es algo que deberían haber detectado con anterioridad a nuestra llegada- no teníamos mantel para la mesa del salón. Lo solicité y es cierto que lo trajeron de manera rápida - las toallas son pequeñas y podrían poner algunas de mejor calidad.- que solo se entrega un juego de llaves es una limitación. Deberían mirar la posibilidad de, o bien tener una segundo juego, o utilizar otro sistema de apertura de la casa. Solicité un segundo juego pero por seguridad me dijeron que no era posible, algo que entiendo.- creo que sería mejor opción para unos de los cuartos que comparten baño, en lugar de cama de matrimonio, dos camas separadas. Con una familia como la nuestra con cuatro hijos es una pequeña limitación. El cuarto que tiene el baño dentro mantenerlo con cama de matrimonio pero los otros dos con camas individuales.Por lo demás, a destacar la atendió prestada por ustedes. La rapidez en las respuestas y el estar pendientes es algo de agradecer. Los tendremos en cuenta para futuras vacaciones. Muchas gracias por todo.
