The property features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully across both floors, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall welcomes you into a spacious living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the south-facing terrace. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 200 cm in length. A dedicated children's room provides 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The ground floor also features a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, as well as a bathroom with both bath and shower facilities and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are situated beneath characterful sloping ceilings. The first of these rooms contains 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower. The second upper-floor bedroom offers 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared shower room and a separate WC serve this floor.
