Normally I give it 5 stars but this stay had some small issues, and one larger issue, which is what lead me to give 4 stars. When we first got into the room, there were ants all over the desk. I had put my laptop on desk and they were crawling on my hand, my laptop, the power cord. I smashed about a dozen, then i started searching for candy or food left behind but i didnt find a thing. I then wiped everything off eith Clorox wipes. The next day I saw less, but i still saw ants. The last day I didnt see any. The breakfast is great for 1, 2 maybe 3 days in a row but by 4th day we just skipped breakfast and went out for breakfast because its always the same menu. I dont understand why there isnt more attention given to the breakfast, something as simple as hashbrowns added or bacon, because some people like myself do not like sausage links or patties, the home fries were not good on this trip, the fruit was decent, not great but decent 2 days, mostly just apples out so my daily morning banana wasnt happening. Pancakes are always good, but maybe just changing things a little makes a difference to regulars like us. We will be staying in hotel in 1 month, but considering the menu we will probably try the Marriott, just to get a different menu.

When you walk into this hotel, it’s looks fine. Front desk were friendly. When we got up to 5th floor, the smell was absolutely terrible. Very strong cleaner odor. And when we walked into our room, it smelled like mildew. Sheets didn’t look cleaned. Room was very damp. We were given another room on 3rd floor, same thing. The smell is unbelievable. We could barely breathe. This hotel needs help. Please stay away!
