It was our second stay at the hotel. As a family of four we loved every minute there. Our accommodation, studio, was perfect, with separate bedroom for our children. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We also went swimming at a beautiful relaxing spa area. We decided not to have a dinner there this time as we found it expensive and with limited healthy options (e.g. no salad as main). Apart from that it's our favourite hotel in Wales. We highly recommend it to other families.

Lovely hotel, the area was beautiful and had nice walks available on the doorstep. Signs that the rooms needed some love (nobs missing on taps, bathroom light flickering, toilet making noises all night). Bar area and breakfast area were great, a excellent breakfast! Spa was a little disappointing, it was full of kids when we went and the sauna was broken.

Breakfast was lovely, range of options to choose from, room was very clean and staff were very friendly. We had a warm welcome, good information upon arrival and we paid a very enjoyable visit to the indoor pool and spa. The lady in the spa was very helpful and did not put any pressure on us to leave though it was the last hour. Disappointed we could not wear flip flops into pool area - always afraid of slipping, Pool and jacuzzi excellent and very clean.. Good variety of food at dinner and reasonably priced. Lovely comfy room , a little dated but very comfortable. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall very good value

Great hotel.

Lovely Manor House style hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Good food, comfy bed, lovely room and bathroom. If you like modern then don’t bother but if you like a bit of class great.
