Incredible accommodation! Central apartment located on the 3rd floor of Acqua Parque Residence, with new furniture, thoughtfully designed for a great stay. Close to Parque Una, Carrefour, the courthouse, butchers, bakeries, a pharmacy, Pelotas Shopping Mall, and a 24-hour on-site mini-market. 24-hour doorman monitored by cameras. Some extras: Microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, sandwich maker, hair dryer, iron, clothesline, liquid laundry detergent, instant coffee, ground coffee, sugar, salt, spices, and oil. The space is 100% furnished and comfortably accommodates 4 people. 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a pull-out bed, a complete kitchen with pots, pans, containers, a microwave rice cooker, and basic utensils. It has a washing machine, work desk and chair, digital lock. 3 air conditioners. We provide extra bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels. Condominium areas: games room, multi-sports court, kids' area and swimming pool (check availability).
