Hotel novo bem conservado. Entretanto havia poucos funcionários para atendimento. Não havia lençol de cima apenas um edredom muito quente. No frigobar não havia nenhuma bebida para que não fosse necessária a conferência no checkout. Padrão de conforto baixo

A limpeza podia ser melhor. Apesar de ser um hotel novo, com menos de 1 ano de inauguração, havia poeira nos cantos. E o banheiro (vaso sanitário) também poderia ser mais limpo para evitar maus odores ao longo da estadia. Espaço do quarto bom para 1 casal e uma criança pequena. Toalhas, lençóis, travesseiros e cobertas limpos. Café da manhã variado. Hotel estava bem cheio, pois era feriadão, entao às vezes era necessário pedir aos funcionários para repor alguns itens do café. Equipe foi simpática no atendimento.

El desayuno es muy pobre. No tiene variedad! Donde se ha visto que hayan bizcochos salados!! Un desastre para lo que cobran! Es un aspecto que deben mejorar pasa lo mismo en todos los hoteles IBIS ya los conozco he estado en 4 y son todos iguales. Se destacan por tener buena limpieza y buena atención al público. Deberían mejorar eso.

Péssima estadia, não recomendo, inclusive alguns ocupantes foram embora de madrugada do hotel, o alrrme de incendio disparou 9 vezes na madrugada, impossível de dormir e os atendentes não sabiam desativar o alarme, não mais ficarei no Ibis Pelotas

Costumo sempre me hospedar na rede Ibis. O Ibis Pelotas superou e muito as expectativas. O quarto era grande, cama maravilhosa, excelente chuveiro, café da manhã delicioso. Impecável e a equipe muito hospitaleira e solicita. Realmente um dos melhores hotéis da rede que já me hospedei.

Quarto bom. Mas atendimento muito demorado e confuso no check-in. O hotel já estava pago e eles insistiram que não, passaram o cartão cadastrado para o pagamento e ao reclamar 2 vezes depois eles falaram que iriam estornar o valor.
