welcome you to this fully equipped studio for 2 people, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Cannes and 5 minutes from the A8 highway exit, which will take you to Nice (20 min),Monaco (45 min), Italy (1 hr), Saint-Tropez (1 hr 20 min), and, of course, the gateway to the Southern Alps, just 1 hr away.
Since the neighborhood is fairly quiet, you’ll be able to relax while still being close to the hustle and bustle of the French Riviera.
It features a separate entrance with a parking space, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a BZ sofa bed (with a real mattress), a dining area, and a bathroom.
Out in the garden, you’ll find a 40-square-meter outdoor area and a barbecue with a view of the Grasse countryside.

Simply wonderful!

Well-equipped, clean and new apartment with a terrace with outstanding views. Communication with the hosts is quick and very pleasant. Parking a big plus. Loved the stay, 10 out of 10!
