The villa boasts a luxurious rustic ambiance created through the use of natural materials such as wood, stone, and rock wall textures. The Space:

The villa accommodates up to 16 guests with 6 large bedrooms, including two cozy mezzanines boasting a total of 13 beds. The garden includes two spacious BBQ areas, one with a small BBQ grill and the other for more extensive BBQ preparation, served by two extra-large outdoor dining tables.

Additionally, the villa provides optional facilities like a hot tub Jacuzzi and a cold draught beer dispenser.

An outdoor hot tub spa Jacuzzi is available as an optional facility, costing EUR 65 per day, payable locally. It requires a minimum 4-day booking and must be requested at least 2 days in advance.

Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) for the main living room only is optional and paid in cash upon arrival. The cost is 32 Euros per day.
The swimming pool is not heated.
Car hire is necessary.

Commercial filming or videography on the premises without prior written consent is strictly prohibited, and failure to comply may result in legal measures.

For weddings or events at the property, a surcharge of Euros 650.00 is applicable and payable locally in cash upon arrival.
