Summary:
The Maritim#1 vacation apartment has been completely refurbished in a modern maritime style, is located on the island of Usedom in the heart of the town of Peenemünde and is ideal for relaxing, varied family vacations.
The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of two adults and additionally for up to two children and pets.

The Space:
The apartment has a spacious hallway with a wardrobe and cupboards, which leads into the bright living room. Here you will find the large double box-spring bed with H3 disc spring mattresses, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort, a large sofa bed for older children and an additional crib for babies and toddlers if required, as well as a modern smart TV and hi-fi system.

The spacious and fully equipped American kitchen with seating and a dining table is located directly off the living room.

In the spacious daylight bathroom with window you will find a washing machine, which you are free to use, as well as a spacious shower.
Unlimited internet (DSL) is available to guests free of charge. The apartment has a parking space in the courtyard. A spacious cellar is also available, where e.g. baby carriages, bicycles or sports equipment can be safely stored.

The Neighborhood:
A special feature is the immediate proximity to the water and various leisure activities, such as the Historical-Technical Museum, the Phänomenta, the Toy Museum, the harbor with submarine and ship excursions as well as the airfield with sightseeing flights. Peenemünde is also surrounded by greenery, making it a special place to switch off and relax. Kilometers of sandy beaches are about 2 km away and can be reached quickly by bike or car.

Unlike the apartment, the facade of the house has not yet been renovated. However, this is being planned.

Getting Around:
The apartment is very close to Peenemünde harbor and the harbor promenade. A beach and other bathing spots are also not far away. In and around Peenemünde you will find numerous leisure activities, which can also be enjoyed with children.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
