Patio doors lead onto the private terrace with table and chairs. Here you can enjoy outdoor eating whilst looking out over the communal pool and gardens. The pool is large, with an outside shower and a kiddies small paddling pool. The gardens are well maintained and 2 sunbeds are provided.
There is parking outside the apartment which is private and off road.
Within a short walk you have a bar, restaurant, chemist and a small shop. There is also tennis.
A lovely apartment in the urbanisation of La Sella, situated outside Denia and is a 10 minute drive into Denia town and beaches.
La Sella is easily found from the motorway and both Alicante and Valencia airport are the same distance, approximately 80 kilometres. (The road tolls are now free!)
Nearby you have Javea town, a new hospital, a shopping centre and the new Marina in Denia with its fabulous restaurants and bars. In Denia you have the ferry to Ibiza.
