El sitio y la tranquilidad de la urbanización, la amabilidad del equipo de recepción y limpieza El mantenimiento (la cisterna del wc perdia agua, las puertas de la terraza no cierran correctamente, algunas cerraduras flojas…)

Mucho calor en el apartamento, falta cortinas en salón y dormitorio. Entra mucho calor y falta de intimidad. Hay 37 escalones para acceder al apartamento. Todo muy básico
