Welcome to the holiday home 'Ae Rive', an oasis surrounded by greenery on the banks of the Piave River, offering beautiful mountain views. Upon arrival, you will find a private garden where you can park your car safely, relax in the shade, or enjoy outdoor meals.



Located near Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco region and just steps from Asolo, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages. Treviso is a 30-minute drive, Venice an hour, and Cortina d’Ampezzo two hours away. The area is perfect for cyclists and hiking enthusiasts.



Inside, the living area welcomes you with a relaxation corner featuring a sofa, TV, board games, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, coffee machine with included capsules, toaster, and kettle. On the ground floor: spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and direct garden access, single bedroom, bathroom with large shower and bidet. Next door, a laundry room with washing machine is at your disposal. The house offers underfloor heating and barrier-free access for maximum comfort. Fast Wi-Fi ideal for video calls and a fan for warm days. Families with young children will find a high chair, games, and books available on request free of charge. Barbecue available on request. Linen/towel change possible independently for longer stays. Pet requests may be accepted depending on conditions.



A large shopping center is about three kilometers away by car; a small supermarket is a ten-minute walk. Nearby: 27-hole golf course and, on Monte Grappa, paragliding and hang gliding.



Arrival by car is recommended. Smoking and events are not allowed in the house. The owners live on site and have animals. Bicycle storage available.
