Everything you need for a long Permian assignment without the overhead of a larger unit.

The bunk sleeps two. Twin on top, full on the bottom. Both bunks have quality linens. A kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave handles meal storage and basic prep. The private bathroom has a full shower. Central heat and air. A couch in the living space. Fully furnished from day one. Fiber Wi-Fi throughout. Utilities included. Power, water, Wi-Fi. Reserved parking right outside the unit.
