Beautiful property and kind property manager. There is construction going on next door which was noisy at times, even at midnight one night they were operating machinery, but this is not the fault of the villa. The walk into town from this villa is a bit long and on a small road and is a bit dangerous to walk at night, is fine by bike or car. Overall we loved this villa- beautiful design and finishes.

I read some excellent reviews on Google and one really bad. For me, the it is somewhere between. The villa is awesome with a great private pool, very modern architecture, and lots of space. Wifi is remarkable. Really nice shower. The villa is in a quiet area and everything is only a short GRAB ride away. Welcome by our host Nanda was very warm. Nanda helped us out with every question, gave great recommendations, and tried to solve every issue we had. The breakfast was delivered by the nearby coffeeshop and was delicious. We had a floating breakfast as well. A massage can be ordered to the villa, which worked out very well and was pleasing. There were some smaller issues with the house. The toilet was always smelling of sewage. We had ants and a cockroach on the otherwise great couch area. Staff tried to fix it, but I guess that's just a part of living in the tropics. The towels were a bit worn out/ had stains, and there was not enough of them. What bothered us was that the housekeeping did not do our place two days in a row even though it should have been daily. When we booked the floating breakfast, it was over one hour late and we got in a hurry because we had planned a day trip for that morning. Nanda fixed the issues every time and came the next morning with fresh coconut to apologize. It is said that the villa provides cable TV, welcome drink and fruit basket. None of it was there. If you claim you have to deliver. Please delete that from your booking confirmation mails
