Wow! Absolutely stunning. This was our favourite villa in Bali. Relaxing on the daybed in front of the pool was beautiful. Staff were incredibly nice to us.

Beautiful villas!! However where they are situated is a little bit far from the main areas of Uluwatu so we had to arrange transport everyday which can be a little difficult. Property could do with a deep clean though. Staff were great and accomodating and we would stay here again!

Firstly, upon arrival, there were no staff present to complete our check-in. We were left waiting to be addressed for 10 mins. In addition, we noticed a sign stating that there would be construction between 9am-5pm; it stated that the construction had no relation to Makara Villas. We came to find, it was in fact, the villa across from ours in the complex. This was unbeknownst to us as there was no mention of construction prior to making our booking. Next, we were guided to our Villa by Putra. Firstly, a staff member was laying on the lounge, on his phone. The cleaning was inadequate incl staining on the bed, bed base & sheets. To our disgust, there appeared to be blood stains on the headboard in addition to dirty footprints, loose hair & stains on the couch. A foul odour throughout the property due to an incredible amount of dead bugs and mould falling from the airconditioning unit onto the floor. This does not meet health and safety standards. As a result, we felt no other choice than to check-out & source alternative accomodation. Once home, We contacted Expedia attempting to rectify the matter, we had requested a full refund. Unfortunately, however, both Makara Villas and Putra the Manager, have failed to respond to any form of communication to resolve the issue. Putra claimed to have offered us an alternative room, this simply did not occur as no other villas were avail at the time. Overall, our time at Makara Villa was a waste of travel & money. Do not recommend staying.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cette villa. Tout était parfait : la propreté irréprochable, les équipements haut de gamme, la décoration soignée et l’ambiance à la fois chaleureuse et luxueuse. La villa est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos, avec des espaces très confortables . Le calme du lieu permet de vraiment se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour. Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Meget rummelig lejlighed med god plads og god komfort. Dejlig lille pool som er ren og velholdt. Generelt bare pænt og i orden. Ligger et lille stykke fra byen, men vi kunne leje en motorcykel på stedet og så var det intet problem. Der var lidt larm fra byggeri ved siden af lejlighederne, men det var ikke slemt.
