Stayed here for 4 months. At first I didn’t mind it as the location was good and I didn’t spend much time here. But I would do yourself a favour and NOT stay here. Many better and cheaper options out there.
Here’s why:
1)really loud and disruptive construction that starts at 8am and sometimes goes until
Midnight. Even on weekends.
2) wifi barely works, and even cell service/reception is limited.
3) rooms aren’t cleaned properly. Surfaces aren’t wiped down and you have to request room cleaning when you want it- not automatic. I didn’t know this when I first moved in and room wasn’t cleaned in a week.
4) I got make up on my towel and they tried to charge me before I pushed back and asked why they aren’t washing their towels with bleach? Same thing work sheets I was in an accident and got a bit of blood on the sheets and they tried to charge me as well.
5) no sense of customer service or loyalty, and the receptionists are scammers and gaslighters. As I said I was here for 4 months. When I went to pay for my extension I explicitly said not to charge me in SGD. she still chose that option and overcharged me about SGD50, which is IDR700,000 which goes a long way here. I then asked her to void the transaction. I told her I won’t pay until I get the refund. Nearly every day I’m getting harassed about payment. She’s gaslighting me into thinking I wasn’t actually overcharged and I did the calculation wrong. They’re messaging me at 11pm at night. Banging on my door at 10pm at night
