Nice but noisy

Room was clean and updated. Staff were attentive and friendly. The only complaint would be the constant noise that comes from both the passing trains and other guests in the hallways. The walls are thin and the doors slam shut. Lots of hikers/campers coming and going at all hours of the night. They have a huge bucket of earplugs at check-in for a reason. I would suggest eating at the restaurant attached to the hotel. It was yummy and the fry bread desserts hit the spot

You pay a $15 fee for services (i.e., WiFi) and are not allowed to opt out. They don’t tell you this, rather it’s taped to the counter and you’re expected to read it. I had to call and ask about the extra $15 charge. Food in the restaurant wasn’t anything extraordinarily. The price is very high for what it is, but there aren’t many options around, so they can charge what they want. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

This is so much better than other area lodging. We had dinner onsite but warning- the cook didn’t show up for breakfast so bring a plan B food to start your day. Also, screen shot room confirmation as they didn’t have a record of my rooms. Bedding & room comfy. Had fridge & coffee maker. Odd numbered rooms were much quieter- get earplugs for train.

Great option if you are hiking into the Havasu Falls or need a quick overnight passing through on route 66. The facilities are akin to typical chain hotels, which is a good thing. You have the only restaurant for many miles on premise. Beware of very noisy trains passing by.

We had a great stay at Hualapai Lodge! Due to an incoming storm, we hiked out of Supai a day earlier than planned and were able to check in early without any issues. We stayed both before and after our hike, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. (3 nights total) The on-site restaurant is very convenient, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner right in the lobby. The only drawback is the occasional passing train. Before our hike, when we weren’t yet tired, the noise was noticeable—but after hiking out, we barely heard it and slept wonderfully. Complimentary earplugs are also provided. The saltwater pool and hot tub are a great bonus! While the price is a bit high, there are only a couple of options in the area, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great property for the area. Clean and comfortable. Has the only restaurant for many miles and it's near a market and gas station. Just beware there is a train track nearby with constant noise from passing freight trains. Earplugs are provided at front desk.

They charged me for the gift shop when I bought nothing there and the restaurant will take over an hour to get food and it will be cold and the room keys don’t work and they cannot get the doors open either.

Staff and manager needs to work on there customer service never felt so un welcomed at a hotel before, only stayed there because we were river rafting the hualapai Colorado river and you meet in the lobby at 7am so i thought it would be convenient but after staying there I’d rather drive an hour or two to a different nearby hotel it was not worth it
