When we first arrived, the staff was very kind. But the service was very slow and the restaraunt opened late in the morning due to lack of staff. On the say we were checking out, the staff seemed very dry. But overall convenient stay, and had an amazing experience with Rivers and Oceans rafting trip!

The constant train passing and their whistles blowing made sleeping at night difficult. Also, a $20 two hr early check in seemed unnecessary on top of their resort fee.

The noise from the trains is terrible, they literally pass behind the hotel and sound their horns at least hourly. Kept awake all night. Restaurant very limited options for vegetarians.

Stayed the night before going to Havasupai - only about 10-15 minutes from lodge check-in for our permits. Happy there was dining on site and good location for getting to the trailhead (a little more than an hour away). Nice and quiet.

Place is honestly twice what it should be priced but you have no other choice. Loud trains all night, no check in before 3PM. Unless you’re going to Havasupai. Skip this place
