There is an open swimming pool of 32 m² with sun loungers, umbrellas, and quality outdoor furniture.In the garden, guests can enjoy a beautifully arranged covered area with an outdoor fireplace — perfect for barbecuing and evening gatherings with a glass of wine.Children can enjoy a swing and slide, and there is also a trampoline, basketball hoop, table tennis, table football, and darts available.The house has two floors connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, covered terrace, and a separate area with another kitchen and a large social room with direct access to the pool.Upstairs there are three bedrooms — two with double beds and one with two single beds — one bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the pool and greenery. The house can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2). All rooms are air-conditioned.On the ground floor, there is a small family print studio that operates in the morning and is occasionally closed during the summer. The parking area in the yard is shared and used by the print shop owner in the mornings. The parking is under video surveillance.In the surrounding area, you’ll find marked cycling and hiking trails. The geographic center of Istria, marked with a stone pyramid, is only 1 km away. A nearby ranch offers opportunities to view horses and take riding lessons.For food lovers, Central Istria offers excellent wineries, agritourism farms, and traditional taverns.The house is ideal for lovers of active holidays as well as for family vacations.
