Holiday House Stella Brigita is located on the edge of the village of Brajkovići, 7 km from Pazin, on a hilltop. It is the last house in the row and is situated on a fully fenced 2,000 m² plot, with views of the surrounding landscape in all directions.The ground floor of the house is closed. The upper floor, with a total area of 130 m², features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests have access to two air-conditioning units – one in the living room and the other in the hallway, which also cools the bedrooms.The garden features an outdoor swimming pool measuring 26 m², with a dining area and sun loungers next to it. The olives are used to produce the property's own olive oil, while the grapes are used to make various homemade spirits.
