Lg group of pre-teens screaming and running around from 8-11:30pm & again from6:30-9:00am. Everybody not associated with that group should’ve been in another part of the hotel, not all clustered together.!! definitely the fault of the chaperones, but the hotel did nothing about it. Also the refrigerator in the room was extremely NOISY and had to unplug in the middle of the night cause I couldn’t take it anymore

AC was good, rooms need upgrading, cleanliness was acceptable, staff that met us was not on the premises at first, waited and waited, then came strolling in, didn't greet really just came in went behind the desk and then finally started talking. Unusual.

My hot water was luke warm, and mold on the shower curtain. Breakfast was no good at all, coffee pot broke! I feel for $154.00 at least have had hot water with soft towels. Towels were very scratchy!

No amenities available. Breakfast was waffles or toast or yogurt. Nothing else. No coffeemaker in the room even though it was in the pictures. Room was extra large but bathroom was extra small. I had to step into the shower to close the door to the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but for the price I expected more.
