I loved how clean the rooms and propty as a whole was. I really like that this hotel staffs its property with employees so i was able to check in with a service member at the front desk. Everything from the rooms to the beds to the restrooms and outdoor property was amazing

The room was horrible. It looked like the room had not been cleaned in a long time. Wadded up kleenex and floss picks under the bed. Food crumbs under the bed. Mold in the bathroom. Shower didn't work well. A spider and web behind the TV with egg sacks. Carpet was old and stained. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Ok but not the best. Grwated with an overwhelming smell of Pot just outside the lobby and all aling the bottom front parking/sidewalk. Our room had no coffee cups and the egg looking things at breakfast were cold while the bacon was half cooked. I get microwaving bacon but I would make sure its cooked.

the room was comfortable. It was located in a perfect place, close to things. Only complaint was the last night we were there, neighbors below were very noisey and had some sort of gathering and kept us awake for awhile. Also the TV went out and I could smell smoke through the AC and fan- neither one of us smoke.

The first room did not look fresh and floor looked like it was not very clean. The second room had smudges on mirror, the heater was turned on and smelled horrible, the fire place panel was very spotted with corrosion and the heater panel was almost unreadable because the letters and paint looked like it was knocked off. The smell was so bad we had to leave the heater off and requested a blanket. Staff were very responsive. One service staff parked his personal vehicle in our room parking space (145) when he should have parked it next to the laundry room. The rooms need to be updated and serviced correctly. Our experience was bad enough for us that we will not be returning.

Great location

Great spot, me and my wife took a nice quick getaway to explore the city life of Payson. The location was smack dab right in the middle of restaurants, stores and great cafes. Room was spacious, clean and awesome shower water pressure .
