This end of row apartment offers exquisite panoramic views of tropical gardens and the Caribbean Sea beyond, enjoyed from the living and dining room as well as the exquisite master bedroom.  All three bedrooms are en suite with ample wardrobe space; the master suite has a Jacuzzi bath, rain shower and French doors that open onto a romantic, private terrace.

Guests have access to the property's free-form swimming pool, lush tropical gardens and impeccable Paynes Bay Beach, located just beyond Old Trees’ gardens, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas and enviable beach butler service.  The beach is famous for swimming with turtles, and is also just a short stroll from The Sandy Lane Hotel & Beach, just one bay over to the north.

Old Trees is fully managed and maintained and includes a successful rental history as well as 24 hr. security. A private stairway from each villa leads you to the tropical communal gardens where you’ll find a free form swimming pool and waterfall. Other amenities include paddle boards, kayaks, 24hr security, beach service and concierge service.

The property is located on the Platinum Coast which means it's close to first-class restaurants, world-renowned golf courses, spas, tennis and famous beach clubs. It is within a five minute drive to the best luxury golf courses in Barbados. Sandy Lane Country Club, Sandy Lane Old Nine and Royal Westmoreland are truly spectacular golf courses that have an incredible blend of masterful course design with dramatic natural landscape. The house is also close to a range of restaurants, nightlife and beach clubs. For live music head to Nikki Beach or The Cliff Beach Club. Trendy spots like La Cabane and Sea Shed are also close by.

Getting Around:
Car rentals are quite popular and are great for those who'd like to adventure the island! However, taxis are also available and can certainly be arranged throughout your stay. Also airport transportation can be arrange from and to the airport at an additional cost.
