Villa Meropi : A Paxos Villa with Sea Views,Private Pool,A/C

Villa Meropi is a traditional Paxos village house, located on the slops of a small hill overlooking Lakka Bay, in Paxos, with a private pool (6.0 X 4.0 m.), which offers magnificent sea and bay views all the way up to the Northern Ionian Sea.
This tranquil holiday villa is set in two self-contained levels. It is within walking distance (via a private path) to Lakka waterfront and it features three air-conditioned bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the sea and can accommodate a family or party of six persons. There is also the possibility to accommodate two extra adults on request.


Layout

You enter the upper level of the villa directly from a private parking space (opposite the house) and from a small stone staircase at the back of the property. The main entrance opens into a hall and followed by an open plan (traditionally furnished) lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.


On the right of the hall area you can find a family shower room. Next to this a twin bedroom, with a cornered balcony facing Lakka. On the other side there is a double bedroom with french doors opening onto the main balcony, overlooking Lakka bay.
The upper balcony ise quipped with dining and sitting facilities and extend from one corner of the building to the other and they offer stunning sea and countryside views.
An exterior staircase leads to the lower level of the house and to a beautiful terrace. There you will find an owner's apartment and next to it is the annex, which is an independent one-bedroom apartment.
It consists of an open space with a kitchenette, shower room, small lounge and dining table. On the right-hand side of this area, a sliding door opens into a spacious twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a front door to the terrace.
Both levels of the property function as one villa and they are only booked as a whole.



Pool and Terraces
The stone built pool is elevated and cleverly located on the left hand side of the building, in order to provide unobstructed views of the stunning bay and the picturesque harbour of Lakka underneath.
It faces the East and it is also approached by stone-built stairs. Extensive sunny terraces surround the pool and are equipped with all relaxing and sunbathing facilities.
The large terrace is surrounded by vegetation and trees, equipped with all the necessary facilities for anyone those who wish to relax in the shade whilst admiring the superb views on their foot step.


Location
Villa Meropi is located in a quiet area close to Lakka, with all the facilities offered on a simple way that a traditional village house can offer and can only promise a memorable and relaxing holiday away from it all and within a superb scenery.

- Bedroom 2: on the ground floor, sleeps 2 adults on twin beds
- Bedroom 3: on the lower floor, sleeps 2 adults on twin beds
- Extra bed suppliment: sleeps 1 adult on a sofa bed
- Extra bed suppliment: sleeps 1 adult on a sofa bed
It is reported to be ideal for children.
Nearby supermarkets can delivery groceries and basic essentials to the property.
The owner is also conveniently located near the property to provide any assistance needed.

Check-in/Check-out policy
- Official Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
- Luggage Check-in is 12:00 hrs.
- Official Check-out time is 10:00 hrs.
We can be flexible with check-in and checkout time on request. The cleaner may be in the property even after the official checking time and will stay until cleaning of the property is complete.
