Villa Alkinoos: Secluded, private pool, WiFi, A/C

Villa Alkinoos is a stone built holiday home, located amid the olive grove of a private landscape, in Makratika neighbourhood, just a two minutes drive from Gaios, Paxos, with lush gardens, private pool (10 X 5 m) and lovely surrounding terraces.

Alkinoos boasts a wonderful garden, air-conditioning, a lot of dining al fresco facilities, private parking and it is really spacious for a family or party of 6 persons, in three bedrooms.

Layout
The front staircase lands on a stone paved terrace on the left hand side of the main entrance of the house, which opens into a living area, fully furnished and decorated with a fireplace.

At the back, via an archway, there is a dinning space and a fully equipped kitchen, (with a back secondary door to the other areas of the house). On the right-hand side of the living room is a hallway to the three bedrooms.

The first one is a double, the next is the Master bedroom, with doors opening onto the front balcony and the third one a twin bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, whilst the third is supported by a fan.

All three of them share a modern spacious shower room.

Pool and Terraces
On the right-hand side of the front terrace, underneath an eternal olive tree, there is a stone-made table for dinning al- fresco. A couple of steps further a small staircase leads on an elevated terrace and the large sunny pool.

The pool faces East and is surrounded by stone-paved terraces, flowers and beautiful greenery. All sunbathing and relaxing facilities are available.

The property- in general - is characterized by the tranquillity of the location, the abundant use of locally mined stone, the magnificent gardens with the large selection of flowers and the enormous choices for proper relaxing spots within its landscape.

The Location
Makratika neighbourhood, where villa Alkinoos is located, is considered a popular place due to the proximity to Paxos Beach Club, the lovely surrounding villas and the very short proximity to Gaios (1 km away) or to the hidden nearby coves.
