Property location was great. It could use a deep cleaning but for a dog friendly place it was good. Had a very strange interaction with the owner Stewart when I asked if there was a grill onsite which it doesn’t but the neighbor was able to answer my questions. Overall the property was fine and we really liked the location.

We had a great stay, the property was even nicer than the pictures and close to all the resort amenities like the pool (which was open but cold as expected for April) and the tennis courts. Very close walk to the beach. We enjoyed the very accessible resort with bike trails throughout. It was also very conveniently located near grocery stores, ice cream and souvenir shops. We only wish we had a longer stay and hope to come back in the future. Both bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Stewart was very responsive and helpful throughout the process from booking through our visit. The Condo was in an ideal location situated on a beautiful marsh with amazing views. It was clean and very comfortable for our ahort getaway to Pawleys Island.
