Family wedding

Location was great for beach, Highlands State Park and restaurants. Property however, was showing wear and condition. Plumbing fixtures dated and hard to use. Second bedroom had no blackout drapes. Also, listing was not clear that the unit is two floors with both baths and bedrooms on the lower level which required many trips up and down the stairs.
