The ground level quarters offer you 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This floor comes with its own small kitchenette that gives you that industrial feel, plenty of space for just relaxing and/or entertaining -it's a complete remodel. This unique South end home is just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach and the public boat access on Pritchard Street. Bring or rent a boat and explore the Pawleys Island Creek, or simply spend time on the beach- you can't lose!
