The community pool is right out the front door with quick and easy access to bathrooms. This villa is ideal for your vacation at the beach, and it has a stand up desk for working vacations. Nicely furnished thoughout and the kitchen is fully equipped. Living area has a wall mounted TV, and sliding doors that open to the furnished screened porch and view. The dining table seats 5 with 3 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, and access to the porch. The master bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a wall mounted TV and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a sleeper sofa with Air Dream mattress. Storage area for golf cart (with a charger) or beach gear.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
