Henry’s Hideout Second Row Private Pool - Enjoy the great location, only steps to the beach. From the front screened porch you can enjoy the salt air breeze with a peek of the ocean. The back porch overlooks the pool in the fenced backyard. The traditional Litchfield beach house floor plan features a living room upstairs and separate play area downstairs that is accessible by the interior stairs and outside doors. Three upstairs bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen) with two shared bathrooms, and three downstairs bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Sets of Bunk Beds) with two bathrooms.

Amenities include Private Pool, Central A/C Upstairs and Window Units Downstairs, Ceiling Fans throughout Main Level, Screened Porch on Front, Covered Deck Overlooking Pool on Back, and Enclosed Outside Shower, Charcoal Grill, and Baby Gates. Parking Max is 6 small vehicles.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
