The huge fully stocked kitchen with an oversized island makes cooking and entertaining so easy and fun. There's plenty of room to have the whole family making a meal or enjoying a drink together which flows naturally into multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. It's an inviting space that was made to bring people together and host gatherings. The yard around the deck is also fenced in making it very kid and pet friendly.

The main house and guest house are connected by the large deck in the back making it easy to have your own spaces but also enjoy the outdoor space together. Both the main and guest house are part of your rental so you never share the property with anyone else.

Your pets are welcome to join you on vacation. Our yard is fenced in so it's very pet friendly. We have a few simple rules for them while staying.

We now have a fenced in yard which is great for pets and children. The deck and patio area right off the house are included in the fenced in area making it seamless to enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces without worrying about pets and kids leaving the yard.

•• PARKING ••
There is ample parking for up to 8 vehicles on the property.

•• CHECK IN ••
Check in is at 4pm on your arrival date. Wifi lock codes will be provided the day before arrival for easy check in.

•• OUR STORY ••
This is a new-to-us VRBO and we are excited to share it with you! It was previously VRBO and the previous owner was wonderful. We are excited about continuing the legacy of this magical place by the beach with our touches on it. We live in Rock Hill, SC and this Pawleys Island home is our home away from home. We fell in love with how beautiful it is, the neighborhood has such character, it's so close to the beach and really great for having lots of people together. Our best friends live in Pawleys so this is where we come often to visit. We're looking forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you too!
