- The property sits on a large, private parcel with plenty of trees, but expect some leaves and pollen, especially in spring.

- Gravel roads lead to the cabin; we recommend bringing groceries, as the nearest store is a 45‑minute drive in Berkeley Springs.

- For safety, the stairs that descend to the river are off‑limits and should not be used.
