"Suite Ponte Vecchio" is a splendid 75 sqm holiday home with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, completely renovated in July 2024. Located in a quiet yet strategic area, close to the Ponte Coperto and less than 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Pavia, you can easily reach it by public transport or by car, with free parking available nearby.



The property comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. It is in the heart of Pavia, only 43 km from Milan, and is well connected by public transport, including the Pavia-Milano Rogoredo railway line, Linate airport, and the ring road for Milano Rho Fiera.



The main entrance to the suite is on the third floor, without a lift, and overlooks the main street. The apartment is very bright and quiet. All rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.



The house consists of: entrance, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room.
